Most Awesome Part of Today’s Breezy For Mayor Street Concert —
Two fire engines came through the intersection 3 times lights flashing and sirens screaming.
There was a pumper truck and a long ladder truck.
Each time they came through I totally cut my equally loud sound. Respecting safety, that is my policy to cut totally when emergency vehicles are sounding alarms.
I waved. They waved. Once they were thought the intersection I blasted them with a few rock power chords and they answered back.
On the third time through with lights and sirens on, the long ladder truck did a u turn while all the firemen waved at me. It looked so awesome. They know we love them. We know they love us.
Let’s build a caring economy with love and respect for everyone and our planet.
